The collaboration aims to expand the sales of "e-JEST", a small electric community bus manufactured by Karsan of Turkey, distributed by Altech in Japan, to cater to the increasing demand for electric mobility solutions in the region.

eMotion Fleet, with diverse practical experience in importing, selling, and servicing European-made small electric vans, and Altech, which exclusively distributes the small electric community bus "e-JEST" domestically, are strengthening their partnership to support customers considering the purchase of the small electric community bus. They aim to appeal to the product strengths of the "e-JEST" and maximize its utilization by offering the following support services:
Selection of optimal chargers and charging facilities for the "e-JEST" (hardware services).
Provision of one-stop electric bus fleet management services for optimal operations tailored to the bus's usage patterns incl. operating distance, passenger numbers, and road conditions (software services).
It will support customers unfamiliar with electric buses, addressing concerns such as infrastructure readiness and maintenance costs. This initiative aims to promote the electrification and decarbonization of Japan's bus and public transportation.
