eMotion Fleet Inc. (eMotion Fleet) has signed an MOU with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Mitsui) regarding their partnership in the EV fleet one-stop service operated by eMotion Fleet and the sales of EV Charging and Energy Management System offered by The Mobility House for the Japanese market, in which Mitsui has invested.

Through this partnership, eMotion Fleet will introduce The Mobility House's EV Charging and Energy Management System to potential customers of EV fleet one-stop service and provide comprehensive solutions ranging from EVs to Charging and Energy Management System for commercial fleet customers carrying people and goods.

Overview of The Mobility House:
The Mobility House is a company that provides optimal and smart charging and energy solutions based on their technology portfolio for corporate and individual customers in Europe, primarily focusing on Germany, as well as the United States, which are advanced regions for EVs. The Mobility House's solutions contribute to avoiding the need for infrastructure expansion and reducing power costs by controlling and balancing power demands through optimal control of charging output to mitigate temporary increases in power demand resulting from simultaneous charging of multiple EVs. Additionally, The Mobility House also operates a stationary battery storage business that utilizes EV batteries for grid stabilization and offers services to the power grid through EV charging and discharging control, known as Vehicle to Grid (V2G). The Mobility House's solutions have been implemented in over 1,700 locations, primarily among major bus operators and logistics companies in Europe and the United States. Through the collaboration with Mitsui who invested in The Mobility House and supports its business expansion in Japan, eMotion Fleet will accelerate the deployment of The Mobility House’s solutions.
