eMotion Fleet Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; CEO: Shuji Shiraki and CTO: Dennis Ilic; hereinafter "eMotion Fleet") and ZO MOTORS Corp. (Headquarters: Chuo, Tokyo; CEO& President: Shinsaku Hanada; hereinafter "ZO MOTORS") have entered into a strategic partnership to electrify and decarbonize fleets of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through this collaboration, the two companies will offer a comprehensive one-stop service for logistics operators, covering everything from EV trucks to EV fleet and energy management, with the goal of promoting sustainable logistics.

To ensure constant uptime of EV trucks, the partnership will provide joint support in selecting appropriate charging infrastructure and strengthening maintenance networks.Development of New Data-Driven Services
Using vehicle and telematics data from both parties, the partnership will jointly develop new services, including predictive maintenance solutions, to further enhance EV operations.
